International Space Station Vote The PLAN UN Space Mission

The International Space Station in low earth orbit is not a United Nations International Space Station thus this mission. This mission is to obtain one vote from The United Nations International Space Station for the Plan here:https://unitednationssecuritycouncil.earth/3198/ .So Vote. https://www.reuters.com/article/us-climate-change-accord-astronaut/from-space-italian-astronaut-urges-u-n-summit-to-save-beautiful-earth-idUSKBN1YF28G?feedType=RSS&feedName=environmentNews&utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+reuters%2Fenvironment+%28News+%2F+US+%2F+Environment%29https://sputniknews.com/science/201912111077544969-un-head-guterres-and-iss-commander-parmitano-hold-space-to-earth-conference-call—video/.An update to ISS I have reached a conclusion that inter prefix of international space station has two other prefixes that can be used and they are pan and omni thus pan national space station and omni national space station (check for exact spelling) rather than international space station. So the United Nations Office For Outer Space Affairs found here:United Nations Office Of Space Affairs still has Sustainable Development Goal 13: Climate Action found here:Sustainable Development Goal 13: Climate Action therefore I announce The United Nations Office Of Space Affairs from Earth United Nations Permanent Environment Security Council Headquarters a pan national and/or omni national space station project. Here is the list from the United Nations Of UN Member Nations found here:https://www.un.org/en/member-states/index.html :
